Looking for Moms and Dads to join our Entrepreneur Creative Consortium in Barrington, New Hampshire
Are you trying to juggle starting or growing a business and raising children? Do you have trouble finding a quiet place to work? Have you found it just too expensive to rent office space? Do you only need part-time office space? Would you like to network with other creative professionals?
If you answered yes to any of these questions then consider joining the Entrepreneur Creative Consortium. We are searching for creative mom and dad entrepreneurs to join our cozy consortium located conveniently off of Route 125 in Barrington, New Hampshire.
Membership in our consortium includes the following:
- Desk with hutch for extra storage
- Monthly development training (i.e. stress reduction, how to write a press release about your business, creating a cash flow statement, managing raising a family and growing a business, etc.)
- Filing cabinet and chair
- Conference room that seats 8 people
- Lunch area with a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, etc.
- Bathroom
- Storage area
- Ample off-street parking
- Fax machine
- Laser printer
- Water bubbler
- Office supplies
- Internet connection
- Heat, A/C
- Office cleaning service
Our Entrepreneur Creative Consortium is exclusive. Only one entrepreneur per profession will be invited to join. We are currently looking for a freelance writer, Web designer, photographer, illustrator, or other entrepreneurs who works in the art and creative based profession (sorry, but we already have a graphic designer).
The cost for membership is $350.00/month plus a $350.00 security deposit to be returned if you choose to leave the consortium. A six month commitment is required, and you will have first right of renewal.
Additional services are available and will be priced based on your usage/need:
- PC computer
- Office manager
- Personal phone line (if you choose not to use your cell phone)
- Excessive use of printer or office supplies (some people have more printing needs then others)
- Additional office supplies
